1. So, the first step is you must enable "Developer Mode"
2. Secondly, open Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows Features On or Off. And, Enable the “Windows Subsystem for Linux (Beta)”
3. The first time you run the bash.exe file, you’ll be prompted to accept the terms of service. The command will then download the “Bash on Ubuntu on Windows” application from the Windows Store.
